It’s creamy and smooth, with amazing fudgy chocolate notes, with a hint of almond and floral. The tasting notes come from the medium roast of the cocoa beans. We want you to experience Ecuador cocoa beans with zero chemicals or wax. And it’s amazing.

When taking the first bite of this chocolate bar, first, you experience dark red fruit notes of cherry or cranberry. Then, as those notes start to melt away, you are overwhelmed with rich chocolately notes. This is an experience of real chocolate. This one is different from the other single origin chocolate bars we carry because the fruit notes are deeper and of the red fruit variety. And the chocolate notes come near the end of the experience. It leaves you with the satisfying feeling of enjoying masterfully roasted cocoa beans, bringing out the most nuanced flavors.
