Dark Chocolate with Toffee
This bar is made with our houseblend dark chocolate, which is 70% cocoa. We mix two of our favorite cocoa beans together to make this chocolate. The cocoa beans have a medium roast, so you get some delicious flavor notes. Then, we make the toffee from scratch, and break it into pieces. And sprinkle the toffee pieces on the back of the chocolate bar. This is one of our favorite bars.
